The Executive Committee is a focused body tasked with operationalizing and monitoring the implementing the strategic directives of the College Council. It acts as an advisory arm to ensure timely and efficient execution of approved initiatives, projects, and operational activities within the College.

Decision-Making & Voting Right
The committee adopts a collaborative decision-making approach. Every member has voting rights. A simple majority, defined as more than 50%, is necessary for the approval of any given decision.
Responsibilities
o Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and operational plans to the Dean.
o Foster internal and external communication with different stakeholders.
o Coordinate interdepartmental alignment for academic programs and course delivery.
o Support the College Student Happiness Center in executing initiatives aimed at student well-being.
o Track progress on key research initiatives and ensure alignment with college goals.
o Discuss, validate, and provide directives related to the college's academic functioning to the relevant committee so that appropriate action can be taken.
